摘    要:介绍一种在线式钠离子浓度测量系统。系统以MSC1210单片机为核心,选用钠离子选择性电极和甘汞参比电极作为电化学传感器;采集到的电信号,经高阻抗仪表放大器放大后,送入MSC1210的高精度模数转换器(ADC)中,最后计算得到钠离子的浓度,并使用液晶显示器进行显示。该系统具有测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、测量范围宽等优点,可在线连续测量。

Abstract:A kind of sodium ion concentration measuring system is introduced in this paper, which is online and intelligent. The system utilizes MSC1210 as core, and the sodium ion selective electrode and calomel reference electrode as the electrochemical sensor. The collected electrical signal is transmitted to the high precise analog-to-digital converter (ADC) of MSC1210 after it is amplified by a high input impedance instrumentation amplifier. At last, the system calculates the concentration of sodium ion and displays the results on LCD. The system characterizes high precision, strong anti-interference performance and wide measurement range. What is more, it can perform on-line continuous measurement.
