基质对刚玉透气砖抗渣性能的影响

摘    要:透气砖在使用过程中,由于渣的渗透和侵蚀形成变质层,在热应力作用下变质层剥落影响使用寿命。研究了不同基质体系对刚玉质透气砖抗渣性的影响,并探讨了其抗渣机理。在基质中添加CeO和尖晶石能显著提高其抗渣性。添加适量尖晶石效果最好,其原因是在与渣的反应层表面形成尖晶石致密层,阻止了渣的渗透。

Abstract:Effect of various matrixes on slag resistance of corundum purging plug was studied. The slag resistance mechanism was discussed. Adding CrO and spinel into matrix improved the slag resistance of the plug remarkably. Adding suitable amount of spinel had better result because the spinel dense layer formed on the surface of the reaction zone prevented the penetration of the slag.
