电站锅炉爆管事故原因分析

摘    要:采用宏观检验、光谱分析、显微组织检验、硬度测定和室温抗拉强度测定等方法对一起电站锅炉爆管事故的原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:水冷壁管短时过热造成材料高温强度降低,从而引起爆管。

Abstract:The reasons of boiler tube burst accident happened in one power station were analyzed by means of macro structure inspection,spectrum analysis,metallograph examination,hardness measuring,tensile strength testing in room temperature etc.The results showed that the boiler water wall tubes were overheated in short time,which led to the strength of tube reduced under high pressure environment,at last the boiler tube bursted.
