摘    要:针对宁夏渡槽工程安全评价尚未建立统一的技术体系,开展工程安全评价体系研究,以期探索建立科学适用的工程安全评价体系,提高工程安全评价可靠性。经实地调查、专家咨询筛选指标,分层次建立指标体系,应用不确定型层次分析法及群判断相关理论确定指标权重,并制定指标评分标准和工程安全评级标准,完成工程安全综合评价体系的构建。经实践应用表明,该评价体系能够满足宁夏引黄灌区渡槽工程安全评价需要,可为工程建设投资提供决策参考,也可为同类地区工程安全评价提供借鉴。

Aqueduct Safety Evaluation of Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation Area
Abstract:There is no unified technical safety evaluation system which is applicable to Ningxia aqueduct engineering . Through field investigation ,expert consultation and screening index ,the index system is established at different levels , the index weight is determined by the uncertain analytic hierarchy process and the group judgment theory ,index scoring standards and engineering safety rating standards were established and the the comprehensive evaluation system for engi -neering safety was developed .The practical application shows that the evaluation system can meet the needs of the safety evaluation of aqueduct project in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area ,which can provide decision reference for engineer-ing construction investment .It can also provide reference for similar regional engineering safety evaluation .
