预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥施工过程的线性监控分析

摘    要:通过新建郑州至万州高速铁路某特大桥(48+80+48)m预应力连续箱梁桥施工监控情况,论述了桥梁线性监控方法和施行步骤,以及桥梁结构线形监控的数据分析。通过模拟分析施工过程,并与现场实际工况进行比较,证明了最终计算结果的可靠性。最终数据表明,桥梁设计高程与实测高程之间的误差均在+15 mm和-5 mm之间,各合龙段高程较差均小于+15 mm,实现了桥梁施工的高精度监控。说明运用的理论模型能很好的反应桥梁主体结构的实际状态,运用的施工控制方法达到了很好的施工控制效果。


Linear Monitoring Analysis of Prestressed Concrete Continuous Box Girder Bridge During Construction
Abstract:Based on the construction monitoring of the prestressed continuous box girder bridge (48 + 80 + 48) m which is lately constructed from Zhengzhou to Wanzhou Railway ,and the linear monitoring data of bridge structure alignment during the implementation procedure was then analyzed .The accuracy of the calculation results was examined through simulation analysis of the construction process and comparison with the actual working conditions .The final data shows that the error between the height of the bridge design and the measured elevation is between + 15 mm and -5 mm ,and the difference between the height of the closed sections is less than + 15 mm ,and the high precision monitoring of the bridge construction is realized .It shows that the theoretical calculation and analysis model based on this paper can reflect the actual situation of structure better and the construction control method can get good effect of construction control .
