能量桩传热性能影响因素的数值模拟与分析

摘    要:基于数值模拟的方法,运用ABAQUS软件建立模型,分别对能量桩的桩长、桩径、换热管数、换热 液流速和土体类型进行了敏感性分析,得到不同条件下能量桩的换热量。结果表明:能量桩的单位长度 换热量与桩径、流速、土体导热系数成正比,与桩长成反比。在单U、双U、三U型能量桩中,双U型能量 桩的单位长度换热量最高。

Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Heat Transfer Performance of Energy Pile
Abstract:The energy pile is a new technology sourcing which the heat pump system is buried in the pile body and the pile is used to carry the load and transfer the heat at the same time .During the operation ,the heat transfer characteristic of energy pile is one important factor which cannot be determined because the field test condition is too complicated .In this paper based on numerical simulation method ,the Abaqus is used to develop the model in order to study the influenc-ing factors that the effect of pile length ,pile diameter ,the number of heat exchange tubes ,heat transfer fluid velocity and soil type on the heat transfer performance of the pile is discussed respectively ,and the heat exchange capacity can be measured under different conditions .The results show that the heat transfer amount per unit length increases with the in -crease of pile diameter ,flow velocity ,and soil thermal conductivity ,and decreases with the increase of pile length .In the single U ,double U ,three U energy pile ,the double U energy pile has the highest heat transfer per unit length .
