玄武岩纤维对水泥土力学性能的影响效应研究

摘    要:水泥土中掺入玄武岩纤维,在不同的水泥含量(10%、15%、20%、25%)条件下,选取5种长度(6 mm、12 mm、18 mm、24 mm、30 mm)和4种掺量(0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1.0%)作为变量,制作不同龄期的立方体试块(7 d、14 d、28 d),进行无侧限抗压试验和劈裂抗拉试验,研究玄武岩纤维掺入水泥土后对水泥土抗压强度和抗拉强度的影响效果,最终确定了玄武岩的较优掺入长度为18 mm,最优掺量范围为0.5%~0.7%。结果表明,玄武岩纤维对水泥土抗压抗拉强度均有所提升。


Effects of Basalt Fiber on Mechanical Properties of Cement Soil
Abstract:In order to test the effects of basalt fiber on mechanical properties of cement soil ,the cement soil mixed with basalt fiber with five sizes (6 mm ,12 mm ,18 mm ,24 mm ,30 mm) and four dosages (0 .3% ,0 .5% ,0 .7% ,1% ) at different cement content (10% ,15% ,20% ,25% ) was made and tested at different ages (7 d ,14 d ,28 d) .Un-confined compression test and splitting tensile test were conducted to study the effect of basalt fiber incorporation into ce -ment soil on compressive strength and tensile strength of cement soil .The results shows that the optimal incorporation length of basalt is 18 mm ,and the optimal dosage range is 0 .5% ~ 0 .7% .The results show that the compressive and tensile strength of the cement soil can be improved by basalt fiber .
