| 摘 要： | ZISC78是IBM公司和Sillicon公司联合生产的一种具有自学习功能的径向基函数神经网络芯片，文中主要介绍了ZICS78芯片的功能、原理，给出了ZISC78神经网络芯片在舰载武器系统中进行船舶运动实时预报的应用方法。
