银电极质量波动原因之剖析

摘    要:目前应用最多的银电极存在一些带有普遍性的问题。首先是银层与基体间未形成欧姆接触而存在较大的接触电阻;其次是银层与基体的结合力不强,有时银层起泡、起鳞皮,出现微观裂纹;另一突出问题是电极质量的一致性差。通过对不同厂家生产的氧化银粉进行微观的对比分析,找到了引起银电极质量波动的原因。通过理论分析,结合生产实际提出了改善银电极质量的途径。

Abstract:At present, there are some problems for silver electrode quality, which include non-Ohm-contact, small binding force between silver layer and base, and nonuniformity of electrode quality. Reported in this paper are results of some tests about silver oxides produced by different factories and the causes for the problems and the methods For im- proving silver electrode quality.
