基于PIC单片机和TDC芯片的智能化磁致伸缩位移传感器

摘    要:围绕一种液位智能化磁致伸缩位移传感器的实现,介绍了PIC16C63单片机的主要特性以及测量的核心器件TDC-GP1的功能和使用方法,并从硬件设计、软件设计两个方面进行了详细论述。该传感器能同时实现多液位多点温度测量,并用RS-422或RS-485串行通信进行远距离传输,测量精度高,稳定性好。作为新一代智能化传感器,已完成试验,并投入试生产和推广应用。

Abstract:Given a intelligent Magnetostrictive displacement transducer,introduced the main feature of PIC16C63 single chip,along with the function and usage of TDC-GP1 which was the core parts of measuring,and described the system from the design of hardware and software in detail.The sensor can survey more liquid location and multi-point temperature simultaneously,and carry on remote to transmit with RS-422 or RS-485.It has high precision of measurement and good stability.As a new intelligent sensor,have already finished testing,and put into production and application.
