摘    要:采用静态阻垢法测定不同浓度的HEDP药剂对碳酸钙垢的阻垢效果,测定阻垢试验的溶液中实际残留的HEDP药剂浓度,考察了不同Ca2+浓度与HEDP的沉积效应,研究结果表明,在低Ca2+浓度时,HEDP药剂对碳酸钙有良好的阻垢效果;在高Ca2+浓度的溶液中,HEDP药剂与溶液中大量的Ca2+结合,形成不溶性有机膦酸盐-钙复合体而沉积,而影响HEDP药效的发挥。

Abstract:Using static scale inhibition method to measure inhibition effect of HEDP with different concentra- tion levels to CaCO3 scale, the residual HDPE concentration in the experimental solution was measured and the relationship between Ca2+ concentration and deposition effect of HEDP was investigated. The results showed that, HEDP had a better inhibition performance to CaCO3 scale when the Ca2+ concentration was low; and in the solution containing high concentration of Ca2+, HEDP had a chemical combination with abundant Ca2+ and formed insoluble organic phosphonate-calcium composite sediment, which impact the effect of HEDP.
