石棉纤维湿法机械处理性能研究

摘    要:研究了造纸法生产密封制品时石棉纤维湿法机械处理时的性能。发现石棉纤维具有高的正电性,且其Zeta电位随pH值的降低不断升高;随着磨浆转数增加,Zeta电位和电荷密度明显下降;随着磨浆的进行,石棉纤维开始分丝,当磨浆转数超过1500r后,纤维开始被大量切断,并出现絮聚团;随着磨浆的进行,石棉纤维打浆度先增加,在1500r时达到最大值,然后开始下降。因此,石棉纤维合适的磨浆转数为1500r,即对其宜采用轻度磨浆工艺。

Abstract:The mechanical treatment of asbestos under wet condition was investigated in this paper. It was found that asbestos was highly cationic. The cationic Zeta potential of asbestos increased while pH value dropped, and decreased while beating revolution increased. The electric charge density of asbestos dropped quickly as beating revolution increased. Asbestos needed to be lightly beaten,and under the beating condition of 1500r, asbestos fibers were defibred effectively,and the fibers were less cut to fragments.
