轧钢加热炉待轧策略的研究

针对当前在实际中使用的轧钢加热炉待轧策略的缺陷，通过分析给出了制定待轧策略原则、方法和各种优化的待轧策略。重点介绍了计划待轧期间，加热炉咻温水平及再升温时间点的确定方法，最后指出，进一步优化的途径是利用专家系统。

RESEARCH ON STANDSTILL TACTICS FOR ROLLING REHEATING FURNACE

Through analysing the drowbacks of the standstill tactics which are being applied to rolling reheating furnace, the principle and method of formulating standstill tactics and various optimization tactics are given in this paper. This paper focuses on the method to define the holding temperature and the time of re-raising furnace temperature during standstills, It points out that the best way of further optimization of standstill tactics is to make use of expert system.
