摘    要:回顾了三块库区地质灾害、通信线路带宽的特点.为了满足地质灾害应急监测指挥的需求,对远程视频会议系统进行了系统结构设计与组网分析.给出了其基于H.323视频会议系统的拓扑结构图及数据流程说明.现场测试情况表明.系统设计安全可靠,语音清晰,画面流畅,数据传输稳定.

Abstract:The characteristics of geological disasters in Three Gorges reservoir area and the bandwidth of the communication lines is reviewed in this paper, as well as the emergent geological disasters commanding platform.As an important part of emergency rescue system, the long-distance video conference system can meet the demand.Upon the system architecture design and network analysis, it can be achieved based on H.323, and the data flow analysis is given.The spot test shows that the design of this system is reliab...
