封隔器坐封过程有限元模拟分析

摘    要:根据封隔器的结构特点及其工作原理,用VB开发了压缩式封隔器、扩张式封隔器和套管外封隔器在坐封过程中,各部件之间接触问题的有限元计算力学模型。在进行封隔器的有限元分析之前,只需要输入封隔器结构参数、橡胶材料力学特性参数、坐封过程中的力学参数以及有限元网格控制参数,该软件将自动调用有限元解算器内核,并将接触压力分布结果、Von Mises应力结果自动存入Word文件报告中。详细地分析了3种封隔器接触压力分布的大小,同时通过Von Mises应力分布大小,讨论了封隔器胶筒的失效部位,为封隔器的结构优化设计和封隔器结构的改进提供了理论依据。

Finite-element simulation analysis of the setting process of packer
Abstract:According to the structure feature and working principle of packer, the finite-element computational mechanical model of the contact problem among every part about the compression packer, inflatable packer and external casing packer is developed by using VB. Before the finite-element analysis, the packer structure parameters, the mechanical feature parameters of rubber material, the mechanical parameters during the setting and the finite-element grid control parameters are needed to be inputted. The software will automatically use the inner core of finite-element resolver and store the distribution result of contact pressure and Von Mises stress result in the Word report. The distribution of contact pressure of the three kinds of packer is analyzed in detail and the failure location of packing element is discussed according to the distribution of Von Mises stress, providing the theoretical basis for the optimization design and improvement of packer structure.
