激光导向的深孔镗新技术

摘    要:本文介绍了激光测量刀具位置与倾斜角的方法、刀具状态与孔偏转的关系、刀具激光导向的方法、凸轮旋转角与刀具位移的关系,以及闭环控制方法。分析了激光导向加工时孔产生的误差,实验结果表明,采用激光导向的深孔加工新技术能有效地防止孔偏差。

Abstract:This paper introduces the laser-measuring method of tool position and its inclination,laser-guiding method of tool, the relationship between tool head attitude and hole deviation, the relationship rotation angle of each cam and the amount of tool displacement,as well as the method of close-loop control. The axial hole deviations caused by laser-guiding are analysed and the experimental results show that the new technology of laser guiding can prevent effectively the axial hole deviation in deep hole boring.
