基于ANSYS的GIS壳体应力分析研究

摘    要:根据GIS壳体在水压试验下的载荷条件和边界条件,在ANSYS中建立力学模型,研究壳体在内压作用下沿3个关键截面的应力分布状态,并和试验结果进行比较、验证。在此基础上,得到该设备大开孔部位的应力分布曲线,并根据JB4732-95《钢制压力容器—分析设计标准》规定的设计准则,进行强度评定。结果表明,该壳体设计满足安全要求。

Abstract:The computation model was built in ANSYS10.0 according to load condition and boundary condition in case of static hydraulic tests.Under the working pressure,the stress distribution along three key section was calculated.The comparison between the calculated result and test result was carried on.The strength evaluation for the shell was carried out according to the China Standard of de-sign by analysis: JB4732,the results showed that the strength of the structure meet the requirements for safety.
