| 摘 要： | 摘 要:现代烟草农业的基础是规模化，方向是集约化，保障是专业化，目标是产业化，装备是机械化，出路是科学化，关键是信息化。烟草农业科技进步面临着新挑战、新考验，需要建立推动科技进步的长效机制，探索新的组织运行模式，加强重点技术研发和应用，提高技术队伍素质，构建科技进步的评价体系。 |
