双口RAMIDT7009及其在双CPU系统中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于双端口RAM与双CPU进行数据通信的接口实现,以及双CPU系统在LED点阵显示屏系统中的实际应用,给出了系统的硬件实现方案和相关软件的流程图,并针对双CPU对双口RAM的端口争用问题与解决方法做了详细讨论。系统采用了高速128K×8bits的双口静态RAM使双CPU共享数据区,实现了大容量数据的高速交换。该系统具有数据传输速度快、传输数据量大、传输数据稳定准确等特点。可用于对批量数据进行快速准确传送的场合。

Abstract:This article introduces a kind of Dual-CPU data communication system based on Dualport RAM and this application of Dual-CPU system in Systems of LED dot matrix display screen, offering the hardware designing of this system and correlative software flow chart, and aim at problem of ports contention and solution doing a discuss in details. The system uses a high-speed 128K× 8bits Dual-port static RAM which help Dual-CPU share data, realizing the high-speed communication of the high-capacity data. This system has high-speed and high-capacity data transmission, data transmission stability accurate etc. characteristics, which could use in the high-speed transmission of high-capacity data.
