羧甲基淀粉钠纸张增强性能的初步研究

摘    要:初步研究了pH值、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS)的取代度对CMS纸张增强性能的影响。结果表明,在pH值为7时,CMS对纸张的综合增强效果最好;CMS的取代度对CMS的纸张增强效果有很大影响,高取代度CMS和低取代度CMS对纸张的增强效果比较好,而中取代度的CMS对纸张的增强效果不如高取代度和低取代度的CMS,其中以取代度为0.91的CMS对纸张的增强效果最好。

Abstract:The effects of pH and degree of substitution (DS) of sodium carboxyl methyl starch (CMS) on paper strength were studied in this paper. The results showed that CMS turn out best enhancing effect when pH is 7.0. The DS of CMS also has significant effect on paper strength. CMS with high or low DS has better enhancing effect than middle DS. And when DS is 0.91,the best effect of CMS on paper strength can be obtained.
