摘    要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱及盐雾试验等手段研究了自制的铝合金稀土转化膜处理液水溶剂的电阻率对稀土转化膜的结构和耐蚀性能的影响.结果表明,水溶剂的电阻率越大,制备的稀土转化膜越完整、耐蚀性越好.

Abstract:A conversion liquid was developed to prepare cerium salt conversion film on aluminum alloy substrate.The effect of the resistivity of water solvent on the corrosion resistance of the cerium salt conversion film was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and salt-spray testing.The results showed that the resistivity of the water solvent had a significant effect on the corrosion resistance of the rare earth conversion film on the aluminum alloy.Namely,the rare earth conversion film prepared from the water solvent with a larger resistivity had better integrity and corrosion resistance as well.
