| 摘 要： | 通过对JB/T 8137—1999《电线电缆交货盘》中的附录A"装盘长度参考表及其计算公式"的分析,明确该计算公式不符合装盘的实际情况,计算装盘余量值与实际装盘余量值相差较大,不能满足精确装盘的需要。根据国际国内节能减排、生态环保的发展趋势,推导一个精确计算电缆装盘长度的修正公式,降低公司电缆的生产成本,增强公司的盈利能力。

| Abstract: | Having analyzed the industrial standard JB/T 8137—1999,the appendix A of stard of making cable and wire drums,we definite that this computational formula is not conform to the practical situation of reeling.The calculation for surplus of reeling is very different from the actual surplus of reeling,so that can not fulfill the refined reeling demand.According the development tendency of the international energy saving and emission reduction,the environmental protection,deduce a modifier formulas which can calculate the refined length of the cable's reeling is a good way to reduce the cost of production and enhance the profitability of our company. |
