生物质灰熔融温度预测模型的研究

摘    要:基于生物质灰成分和熔融温度实测数据构成的数据样本分析了灰成分对灰熔融性的影响,采用回归分析方法建立了灰熔融温度预测模型,并对回归方程的显著性及准确性进行了检验.结果表明:SiO2、CaO、K2O、SO3和P2O5对生物质灰熔融性的影响具有双重性;MgO和Na2O对生物质灰起助熔作用;该预测模型适用于预测生物质灰熔融温度,具有工程应用价值.

Abstract:The influence of ash composition on its fusibility was analyzed using actual measurements from data samples,based on which a prediction model was established for the fusion temperature of ash by regression analysis method,and subsequently the significance and accuracy of relevant regression equations were verified.Results show that SiO2,CaO,K2O,SO3 and P2O5 have both positive and negative effects on the biomass ash fusibility,whereas MgO and Na2O assist the melting of biomass ash.The model is proved to be applicable to the prediction of biomass ash fusion temperature,and therefore may serve as a reference for actual engineering projects.
