摘    要:在电火花放电研究中,对放电信号的特征分析是常见的难题之一.从小波与分形论的概念和性质出发,对这两种理论在局部放电机理研究中的应用作了深入浅出的介绍,再通过描述小波和分形的互补性,说明它们在电火花加工中具有重要的应用价值,并探讨了其发展趋势.

Abstract:It is one of the difficult problems encountered in the research of spark discharge(SD) to analyze the character of electrical signals.By introducing their conceptions and qualities,the application of wavelet and fractal in partial discharge studies is presented in this paper in a simple way.It is obvious that these two theories have great value in electro spark erosion for later explanation of correlation between them.The expectation of these two theories in SD research is also mentioned.
