| Abstract: | With the reform of economic system and college student employment system in China,the college graduates are facing increasingly serious employment situation.This paper makes a full analysis of college grassroots League organizations' functions,as well as the feasibility and importance in their service to college graduates' employment and self employment,and explores the approaches for college grassroots League organizations to make effective service to the students' employment and self employment. |
