摘    要:介绍回转窑燃烧优化控制系统的实现方法.虽然煤气压力和热值的波动大,燃烧过程难以控制,但由于采用无线测温技术和燃烧控制技术,使适于回转窑工艺要求的空、煤气配比达到最佳,优化燃烧过程,提高钒渣焙烧的转化率,节约大量的煤气,创造可观的经济效益.

Realization of Combustion Optimization Control System in Rotary Kiln
Abstract:Realization of combustion optimization control system in rotary kiln is introduced.Although the fluctuation of caloric value and pressure of gas are big,combustion process is hard to control,due to combustion optimize and wireless temperature technology,the mixture ratio of air and gas which answers to the technical demand is best,combustion process is optimized,conversion ratio of vanadium slag in roasting is improved,plentiful gas is saved,considerable economic benefit is created.
