数字链路循环码式光电开关传感器的调制编码原理

摘    要:由于红外光电开关型传感器通常是以红外光信息的强度进行工作,因此可能受到自然环境中存在的各种红外信息的干扰.根据数字信号的抗干扰原理和容错处理方法,可以对红外光链路通过一种特定的数字编码,然后将数字编码用调制/解调的方法进行发射/接收处理.通过数字调制/解调处理后,红外光强度信息就仅作为传感过程中的媒介,真正的传感信息是由数字调制/解调产生,同时,对解调的数字信息还可以进行容错处理.因此,用数字调制/解调方式对传感信息进行敏感检测可以减小自然环境的红外信息干扰.

Abstract:Usually, the working of infrared photoelectric switch type sensor is based on intensity of infrared information, so it is susceptible to disturbances of infrared information existing in natural environment. According to anti-jamming principle and fault-tolerant method of digital signals, specified digitai codes can be obtained based on infrared light link, and then be sent or received by modulation and demodulation method. After modulation and demodulation process, infrared intensity information only acts as a medium, while the real sensing information is obtained by digital modulation and demodulation, besides, fault-tolerant processing can be carried out on demodulated digital information. Therefore, sensitive detection of sensing information by digital modulation and demodulation method can reduce infrared disturbances of natural environment.
