| 摘 要： | 针对钢管防腐涂层生产线中内吹扫设备上的悬臂在工作过程中存在的问题,提出了①用钢丝绳拉悬臂头,②安装万向滚子组,③安装纵横旋转装置等方案,通过对试验结果的比较,最终得出安装纵横旋转装置最合理。实现了用户的正常生产,并提高了产品的成品率。
