水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料用基料的研究

摘    要:采用聚有机硅氧烷乳液与自交联纯丙乳液的混合乳液为基料,制备了水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料,并研究了聚合物基料对其性能的影响.结果表明,添加适量的聚有机硅氧烷乳液后,水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的炭化层状态、防火性能、膨胀倍率都有很大改善.当基料中聚有机硅氧烷乳液用量为32.9%(质量分数,下同),基料用量为16.7%时,水性超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料的综合性能最好.

Abstract:The combination of silicone emulsion and self-crosslinking polyacrylate emulsion was used as a binder for preparing a kind of water-borne ultra thin intumescent fire retardant coating for steel structure.The influence of the binder on the properties of fire retardant coatings was investigated.The experimental results show that the state of charring layer,fire retardant properties and intumescent rate of the coatings are improved by the addition of proper content of silicone emulsion.The coating has the superior properties when the content of silicone emulsion in the binder is 32.9%(by mass) and the content of binder was 16.7 %(by mass).
