摘    要:由于国内天然气中氦浓度低,致使目前的深冷法提氦成本较高。为降低提氦成本,膜分离—深冷联合法〔1〕颇具潜力。采用聚砜/硅橡胶中空纤维膜从天然气中提浓氦的现场实验,在进口压力1.4~1.9MPa,常温下经一级膜分离使氦浓缩5~5.5倍,氦收率达到63%~75%;此时膜的处理能力为1.0m3/h·m2膜面积。

Abstract:??The cost of extracting helium by cryogenic method is higher because of the natural gas with a low concentration in China.The method combined permeation with crogenic is good for reducing the cost.The experimental results of helium recovery from natural gas by polysulfone hollow fiber membranes are reported.At the feed rate of 1.0 m3/h·m2 membrane and feed pressures of 1.4??1.9 MPa,helium can be enriched in the permeation by a factor of 5??5.5 with helium recoveries of 63%??75%.
