电导控水器的研制与模拟节水试验

摘    要:简要介绍了WWD-2型电导控水器的研制过程,包括电磁水阀的选择,提高可靠性和灵敏度的措施,以及密封后机内升温问题的解决。模拟了光亮镀镍、光亮镀铜、装饰性镀铬和碱性锌酸盐镀锌工艺中的清洗节水效果。该电导控水器达到高可靠性、高耐蚀性、长寿命的要求,已正式批量生产。

Abstract:The development of WWD-2 conductivity water controller was briefly introduced.The selection of electromagnetic water valve,some measures for improving reliability and sensitivity,as well as the solution to the problem of temperature rise inside the device after sealing were described.The water saving effect was tested by simulating the rinsing in bright nickel plating,bright copper plating,decorative chromium plating,and alkaline zincate zinc plating processes.The conductivity water controller has been put into batch production due to its high reliability,excellent corrosion resistance,and long service life.
