超塑性模锻镁合金汽车轮毂应用研究

摘    要:采用标准拉伸、疲劳和腐蚀疲劳、盐雾环境以及冷、热循环、振动衰减和落球冲击等方法,检测超塑性模锻成型镁合金汽车轮毂的各项性能;计算了轮辋质量和驱动力以及燃油消耗的关系,并进行轮毂装车实际道路运行测试。结果表明:轮毂各个部位的强度和塑性指标超过了铝合金轮毂,表面涂装具有足够的抵抗冷、热或冲击能力;镁合金轮毂的节油、质量减少效益和减振降噪效果显著,且具有超过16%的综合节油效率。

Abstract:The detection and analysis on mechanical property of wheel hubs of super-plastically die forged AZ80 Mg alloy were carried out,along with the examination of corrosion fatigue in salt water,saline spray,thermal cycling and steel ball collision tests.It is found that the overall properties of the Mg-alloy forged wheel hub are higher than those of Al alloy one and the coating of Mg alloy wheel hub possesses sufficient resistance to low and high temperature,thermal cycling and impacting of hard objects.The effect of weight reduction of wheel hub on dynamics of wheels was studied in starting and running processes,and the relation between hub weight and driving torque was analyzed,accompanied with the real road running tests,and with discussions on the fuel saving effect by weight reduction of hubs.It is found that the fuel saving effect from weight reduction of wheels is as high as 16%.
