稀土微合金化AZ80镁合金的热压缩变形行为

摘    要:在应变速率为0.01~10 s-1、温度为300~450℃的条件下,采用热机械模拟实验研究稀土微合金化AZ80镁合金的热压缩变形行为。结果表明,温度和应变速率对流变应力的影响显著,随着试验温度的升高和应变速率的降低,流变应力减小。微合金化后镁合金的热压缩变形仍受热激活控制,可采用Z参数描述合金在高温压缩变形时的流变应力-应变行为。

Abstract:The thermal compressive deformation behavior of rare earth micro-alloyed AZ80 alloy was investigated by thermal-mechanical simulation experiment at strain rate of 0.01 s-1 to 10 s-1 and temperature of 300 ℃ to 450 ℃.The results show that temperature and strain rate have great effect on flow stress.With the increase of temperature,the flow stress decreases.With the increase of strain rate,the flow stress increases.The thermal compressive deformation of the alloy is still controlled by the thermal activation,and it can be characterized by Z parameter.
