电铸Ni-W合金高应变率下的流变应力特征

摘    要:利用Gleeble-1500型热模拟机和分离式Hopkinson压杆实验装置,对700℃下退火2 h的电铸Ni-W合金进行压缩试验,测定合金在准静态条件(10-3~10-1s-1)和高应变率(650~2 200 s-1)下的应力-应变曲线。结果表明,在高应变率条件下,电铸Ni-W合金具有应变率增强、增塑及应变强化效应。高应变率下的塑性变形过程中产生的绝热升温对材料起软化作用。基于Johnson-Cook(J-C)本构模型,引入绝热温升软化项对模型进行修正,通过实验数据拟合得到电铸Ni-W合金的动态塑性本构关系。

Abstract:The compression experiments of electroformed Ni-W alloy after annealing at 700 ℃ for 2 h were carried out with Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation tester and split Hopkinson pressure bar apparatus,and the stress-strain curves were measured at quasi-static state(10-3 s-1 to 10-1 s-1) and high strain rates(650 s-1 to 2 200 s-1).The results show that the electroformed Ni-W alloy has the effects of strain rate strengthening and plasticity-increasing and strain work-hardening,and the adiabatic heating during plastic deformation at high strain rate leads to thermal softening.Based on the Johnson-Cook constitutive model,and taking into account of adiabatic heating,the model was modified,the dynamic constitutive model of electroformed Ni-W alloy was obtained by fitting of experimental results.
