摘    要:采用水下搅拌摩擦焊接技术(SFSW)对2024-T4铝合金板材进行连接,研究焊接速度对SFSW接头焊核区析出相形貌和显微硬度的影响。结果表明,循环水冷介质具有明显的瞬时快冷作用。SFSW接头焊核区S-Al2CuMg相在焊接热循环的作用下发生析出长大。随着焊接速度的增加,析出相的数量先增多后减少,尺寸先减小后增大。沉淀强化和细晶强化作用促使焊核区硬度随焊接速度的增加而增大。

Abstract:2024-T4 aluminum alloy plate was jointed by submerged friction stir welding(SFSW),and the effect of welding speed on the precipitate morphology and microhardness of the nugget zone in SFSW weld was investigated.The results show that cooling water circulation medium has significant instantaneous cooling effect.S-Al2CuMg phases in weld nugget zone precipitate and grow under welding thermal cycle.With the increase of welding speed,the quantity of precipitates firstly increases and then decreases,while the size of precipitates firstly decreases and then increases.Precipitation strengthening and grain refinement strengthening are the main reasons for the increase of microhardness of weld nugget zone.
