配副材料对镍-磷-碳化硅化学复合镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘    要:利用化学复合镀技术制备了Ni-P-SiC复合镀层,研究了镀层的表面形貌、组织、显微硬度等性能,并对比研究了不同配副材料对Ni-P-SiC复合镀层和Ni-P镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的显微硬度较Ni-P镀层有所提高;与GCr15钢球对磨时,Ni-P-SiC复合镀层发生严重的塑性变形和粘着磨损,但磨损率比Ni-P镀层稍有降低;与Si3N4陶瓷球对磨时,两者的磨损率相当,且均比与GCr15球对磨时小1个数量级,其主要磨损机理为磨粒磨损。配副材料的磨损率变化规律与镀层一致。在一定条件下,陶瓷材料与Ni-P镀层或Ni-P-SiC复合镀层是较匹配的摩擦副。

Abstract:A Ni-P-SiC composite coating was prepared by electroless composite plating.The properties of the composite coating such as surface morphology,structure,and microhardness were studied,and effects of different counterpart materials on friction wear properties of Ni-P-SiC composite coating and Ni-P coating were comparatively studied.The results showed that Ni-P-SiC composite coating has higher microhardness than Ni-P coating.When rubbed against GCr15 steel ball,Ni-P-SiC composite coating exhibits severe plastic deformation and adhesive wear,but its wear rate slightly lower than that of Ni-P coating.When rubbed against Si3N4 ceramic ball,the wear rates of both counterpart materials were close and one order of magnitude lower than that against GCr15 steel ball,and the main wear mechanism is abrasive wear.The variation of wear rate of counterpart materials is similar to that of the coatings.Ceramic is considered to be a matching counterpart material against Ni-P coating or Ni-P-SiC composite coating under some specific conditions.
