基于多元智能和模糊层次分析法的课程学习绩效评价

摘    要:课程的教学目标虽然有所不同,但合理的绩效评价方式可以促进学生的学习积极性。被评价对象——学生,是具有多元智能的,课程评价从多方面对学生进行评价不仅可以获得公平性,同时可以从多方面提升学生的能力和学习兴趣。给出了基于多元智能的学习绩效评价指标体系的设计方法,并提出使用模糊层次分析法(AHP)进行评价。通过《管理信息系统》课程学习绩效评价体系的设计说明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:Objectives of curriculum will be different , but a suitable evaluation system can promote the interest of students. Students, the objects of evaluation, have multiple intelligence. To evaluate Students'curriculum performance from multiple sides can not only gain fairness, but also enhance study ability and interest of students. A method is designed of study performance evaluation based on multiple intelligence and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to evaluate it. A case-Management Information System study performance indexes design and evaluation have been introduced, and the case study proves feasibility of this method.
