企业管理创新的演化博弈分析

管理创新是企业拥有核心竞争力的关键因素，也是企业持续发展的重要源泉，更是企业提高效益的有效途径。本文运用演化博弈理论的相关知识，构建企业管理创新的策略行矩阵，并进行演化动态稳定性分析，建立复制动态方程，求解演化稳定策略（ ESS ）。结果表明，企业选择管理创新是既符合理论要求又符合实践需求的最优选择。

An Analysis of Evolution Game within the Enterprise Management Innovation

management innovation and advancing with the times to change ideas and management innova -tion are not only the key factors of enterprise core competence , but also the important sources for the sustainable development of the enterprise , and the effective ways to improve enterprise benefit .In this paper , using the rele-vant knowledge of evolutionary game theory , strategy matrix construction enterprise management innovation , the evolution of dynamic stability was analyzed , the replicated dynamic equation was established , and the evolution-ary stable strategy （ ESS） was solved .The results show that enterprise management innovation is consistent with the theoretical knowledge and best practice demand choice .
