| 摘 要： | 详细讨论了激光尘埃粒子计数器单粒子散射光信号幅值分布规律，计算出单粒子散射光信号幅值概率分布函数，给出激光尘埃粒子计数器光学传感器粒径分辨准确计算理论公式。并与实验结果进行了比较。

| Abstract: | In this paper the amplitude distrbution of single particlesscattering signal was discussed in detail,the probability function of scattering amplitudes of signal particle was calculated,and the theoretical formula of resolving accuracy of particles radius about the optical sensor was given out.This formula is agreed well with the experimental results. |
