摘    要:枣园油田孔二段是一个低渗透复杂断块油藏,本身的地质复杂性及低渗透油藏生产特点决定了其开发难度较大,目前已进入高含水开发阶段,剩余油高度分散,稳产难度越来越大。通过合理注采井距、开发层系划分及剩余油分布特点等方面论述了开发后期孔二段仍具有的调整的基础,提出了复杂结构井、井网加密、扩大注水波及体积、适时提液等提高油藏水驱采收率的技术对策,并取得了较好的效果,希望对类似油藏开发后期调整策略的制定起到一定的借鉴作用。
