基于PLC的低温环境试验室控制系统

摘    要:介绍了S7—300系列PLC应用于低温制冷系统温度控制的工艺设计及实现技术。首先简要分析了该系统的组成及控制工艺要求,然后重点讨论了其控制策略和软硬件配置。该系统实现了低温制冷温度的自动控制和监视,仿真结果表明,该系统完全达到了设计规定的性能指标和要求,且运行可靠。

Abstract:The design and implementing technology of a cryogenic refrigeration control system based on PLC of SIMATIC S7-300 is introduced in this paper. First, the composition of the system and the requirements of the process are described in brief, then the control strategy and configuration of hardware and software are discussed in detail. Automatic control and monitoring of the cryogenic refrigeration are realized by the system, and the result of simulation shows that the system is reliable in operation and fully meets the performance index specifiled in the design.
