不停输带压封堵技术在川渝地区的应用

自2000年起，川渝地区天然气管线的建设与修理进入高峰阶段，随着管线停产检修数量增多、范围变广、影响加大，与管网运营任务持续加重的矛盾日益尖锐，管道带压施焊及开孔封堵技术则可以平衡这一矛盾。详细分析了在川渝地区输气管网停气检修连头频繁的情况下，不停输带压封堵技术的应用创新过程和技术关键；总结了川渝地区选择不停输带压封堵工艺的基本原则。中国石油西南油气田公司在川渝地区进行的3次Φ720 mm大口径管线、1次中口径管线的不停输带压封堵工程实例证明，这一技术作为管道维抢修的一种新的补充手段，有利于环保、提高生产能力、节约能源。

Application of Non-stop Plugging Technique in Sichuan and Chongqing Area

Natural gas pipeline construction and maintenance in Sichuan and Chongqing area have reached peak stage since 2000. The pipeline operation tasks are increased, but in the meantime, it needs to be frequently stopped for maintenance and the influences caused by this are widely spread. Pipeline leakage binding under pressure and non stop plugging technique can solve such this difficult situation. This paper elaborated the innovative process and key technical points of the non stop plugging technology in the Sichuan and Chongqing area where the gas transmission pipeline network is frequently stopped for maintenance. It also concluded the basic technique selection principles of non stop plugging technology. According to the engineering applications of Southwest Oil &; Gasfield Company on Φ720 mm large and middle size pipeline, as a new supplemented method, non stop plugging technology is environment friendly, energy saving and can also boost productivity.
