某火炮药协调器液压系统联合仿真研究

摘    要:以某火炮药协调器的液压系统作为研究对象,利用ADAMS和AMEsim软件建立药协调器的机械系统-液压系统联合仿真模型。分析了此药协调器特殊的曲线机构以及药协调器在运动过程中压力的动态变化,仿真结果能够正确反映药协调器液压系统主要的性能指标,能够正确反映实际系统运行特性,为协调器的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract:Taking the hydraulic system of a certain artillery coordinator as the study object, the study firstly built a mechanical-hydraulic system joint simulation model through using the software ADAMS and AMEsim. Then, the special curve mechanism and the dynamic changes of pressure in the course of operation were analyzed. The simulation result can reflect the main performance indexes of not only the hydraulic pressure system itself but also the operation of the system, providing references for the coordinator optimization.
