螺旋锥齿轮端面滚齿切齿计算及接触特性控制

摘    要:分析了螺旋锥齿轮端面滚齿加工的齿面形成原理,推导了局部接触状态下端面滚齿加工切齿调整参数及刀盘参数的计算过程。提出了一种齿面接触特性控制方法,该方法能够根据需要在齿面上任意指定接触参考点的位置,并能对轮齿两面的接触状态同时进行控制。分析了接触特性控制参数对接触区形态参数的影响规律。分析结果表明刀倾角主要修正接触区长度以及传动误差,刀刃曲率主要修正接触区对角方向以及传动误差,且接触特性参数之间有相互制约关系。最后通过计算实例以及端面滚齿加工试验对接触特性控制方法及切齿调整计算算法进行了验证。

Abstract:The forming principle of the hypoid gear by the face hobbing method was analyzed, and the face hobbing machine setting calculation process was deduced under local contact state. It proposed a contact characteristics control method, which can designate the position of contact reference points on the tooth surface as necessary and simultaneously control the contact status on both sides of the tooth. The influence of the contact characteristics control parameters to the contact pattern morphological parameters was analyzed. The result shows that the tilt angle mainly controls the length of contact pattern and transmission error, the blade curvature mainly controls diagonal direction of contact trace and transmission error. And there is mutual restraint relationship among contact characteristics parameters. The contact characteristics control method and machine setting calculation algorithms were verified based on the calculation example as well as the face hobbing cutting experiment.
