大口径米波雷达高机动技术研究与实现

摘    要:为了实现大口径米波天线雷达的高机动性,把天线沿其高度方向分成21行线源。线源通过滑块在伸缩式天线背架导轨上垂直滑动,并与天线背架同步展收。运输时首先把天线从工作态12 m高收缩到运输态3 m高,然后再把天线放平使其平躺于载车平台上。系统采用机电液控制技术和伺服控制技术,以液压缸作为天线俯仰和伸缩的驱动执行机构,以随动支撑臂和电动插销作为天线工作时的锁定机构,以可编程控制器PLC为伺服控制器,实现天线自动俯仰、伸缩与锁定。实际使用表明,该系统架设与收装简单、锁定可靠、重复面精度高、机动性好、电性能稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to realize the high mobility of large aperture antenna VHF radar, the antenna is divided into 21 row line source at the height direction.The line source slides vertically on the guide rail of the telescopic antenna frame through the slider, and is synchronized with the antenna frame. First, the antenna is folded from the working state 12 m to the 3 m height of the transport state, and then the antenna is flat so that the antenna is lying on the platform. Thesystemuses electro-hydraulic control technology and servo control technology with hydraulic cylinder as the antenna tilt and telescopic actuator, the servo arm and an electric bolt as a locking mechanism when the antenna is working, with the programmable controller PLC for servo controller, realize automatic antenna pitch stretching and locking. The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of simple erection and installation, reliable locking, high accuracy of repetitive surface, good mobility and stable electrical performance, and has broad application prospects
