一种轻量化天线单元结构设计

摘    要:针对某机载雷达天线单元轻量化设计需求,提出基于“蒙皮+泡沫支撑+微带天线”的3层复合结构形式。该结构型式可以很好兼顾性能、重量、刚强度、环境适应性、可制造性等需求。根据仿真分析结果,对天线单元安装支架进行优化设计。通过环境试验与电性能测试,验证了天线单元设计的可行性与可靠性。

Abstract:A three-layer composite structure, consisting of skin, foam support and microstrip antenna, is proposed to meet the design requirement of lightweight airborne radar antenna. The structure is of good balance between performance, weight, strength and stiffness, environmental adaptability, and manufacturability. The mounting bracket of the antenna is optimized according to the simulation results. In the environmental and electric performance test, the antenna element shows great feasibility and reliability.
