| 摘 要： | 在开发应用虚拟仪器于微波模块测试的基础上，提出设计面向被测对象的虚拟测量，突破传统虚拟仪器只是简单替代普通测量仪器的思路，大大降低对测试人员理论水平和测试经验的要求。在此基础上提出设计虚拟测量设计平台，以供被测对象分析人员通过简单操作完成特定对象的虚拟测量的思想。

| Abstract: | On the basic of developing and using the virtual instrument in the automatic test of the microwave module,the virtual measurement facing the UUT is raised which breaches the traditional way that the virtual instrument only replaces the general instrument in the function.The virtual measurement can reduce the tester's theory and practice experience demand.And then the virtual measurement design platform is raised to design,which can be used by the man who analyzed the UUT to make true the virtual measurement of the special unit by easy handling. |
