DCS控制系统在焦炉地面除尘站的应用

集散控制系统（DCS）是一种以微处理器为基础的分散型综合控制系统,目前已成为工业过程控制的主流系统。这里主要介绍了集散控制系统（DCS）在西山煤电集团五麟焦化厂1、2号焦炉地面除尘站控制系统中的应用、集散控制系统的特点以及本系统的配置和所实现的功能。实现了数据自动采集、处理、工艺画面显示、参数超限报警、设备故障报警和报表打印等功能,而且对主要工艺参数形成了历史趋势记录,随时查看,并设置了安全操作级别,既方便了管理,又使系统运行更加安全可靠。

Application of DCS Control System on the Ground Station of Coke Dust

Distributed Control System （DCS） is a microprocessor-based distributed control systems, it has now become the mainstream of industrial process control system. This paper introduces the application of DCS in Wu-Lin 1, 2, ground station of coke dust, Xishan Coal Coking Group, as well as the characteristics of the system configuration. It realizes the functions of automatic data collection, processing, process images, the parameters of alarm limits, equipment failure and alarm as well as the statements printing, and also realizes the functions to form a record of historical trends for the main proeess parameters, and set up a safe operation level, not only convenient for the management also safe for the operation of system.
