| 摘 要： | 通过添加成核剂,不但明显改善均聚聚丙烯的光学性能,使聚丙烯的雾度下降80%,而且提高了增透PP的力学性能,并在某种程度上改善了其加工性能。为降低生产成本并进一步提高增透PP性能,研制了成核剂的复配体系。此成核剂的复配体系性能优于美国MILLAD3988。用其生产的透明聚丙烯TX30G的各项性能均达到合同指标。同时讨论了加工温度和基础树脂对透明聚丙烯光学性能的影响。

| Abstract: | Not only the transparency and haze of the homopolymerized polypropylene were improved significantly by adding nucleating agent,but also the mechanical properties were improved,the haze of PP was decreased 80%.In addition,the processing property was promoted to a certain extent.In order to decrease the cost of production further and enhance the transparency,the nucleating agent composite was developed.And the effects of processing temperature and the matrix resin compact on the transparence of PP were discussed. |
