Abstract:TiO_2 ultrafine particles are synthesised by thermal decomposition of Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 at ele-vated temperatures in chemical vapor deposition reactor.The technologies of preparing non-crystalline TiO_2,anatase and rutile particles are respectively evaluated.The effect of reactiontemperature,initial reactant concentration and residence time on form and composition ofproduct particles is determined by means of XRD,TEM,BET,DTA,TGA and particle sizer.
